All Howo Gearbox assemblies strictly follow Sinotruk original drawing standards, perfectly matched with Weichai WD615/WP10/WP12 engines and HOWO chassis without secondary modification.
All internal gears of the Howo Gearbox adopt carburized alloy steel for high hardness and strong wear resistance. It can sustain long-term full-load operation under dusty mining and bumpy road conditions without gear tooth cracking or rapid abrasion.
Each Howo Gearbox is manufactured according to Sinotruk original size parameters. The input/output port, clutch connection and transmission shaft interface are fully consistent with standard HOWO chassis, greatly shortening vehicle overhaul and replacement time.
The gearbox housing is equipped with optimized heat dissipation ribs and multi-layer sealing gaskets. The unique oil storage structure effectively controls operating temperature and reduces oil leakage failure during continuous high-load driving.
We maintain full inventory of all Howo Gearbox spare parts, including gear sets, synchronizer assemblies, clutch bearings, shift forks, sealing kits and overhaul gaskets. All spare parts meet OEM standards to avoid replacing the whole gearbox for minor faults.
